I chose this card as my inspiration from the gallery of this week’s Splitcoaststampers Featured Stamper:

 

LIST: Colours (white, blue, aqua, purple) , Techniques (embossing with stencil, ink blending, die cutting) , Elements (blended panel embossed with a wavy stencil, white flower, clear gems, die cut hello sentiment)

INCLUDE: white, blue, aqua, purple,

MODIFY: embossed with 3d folder, snowflake instead of flower, silver embellishments instead of gems, horizontal blending and waves instead of vertical
