Welcome to this week's LIMES inspiration post!
I chose this card as my inspiration from the gallery of this week’s Splitcoaststampers Featured Stamper:
LIST: Colours (blue, green, black, peach, yellow) , Techniques (ink swiping, die cutting) , Elements (Northern lights sky, silhouette focal image with highlights, intricate blue frame, snow in the sky and on the ground)
INCLUDE: blue, green, black, ink swiping, die cutting, Northern lights sky, snow
MODIFY: white instead of black silhouette, die cut sentiment instead of moose,
EXCLUDE: moose
SPIN: Ardyth square card, lots of shimmer spray for sparkle
I was absolutely fascinated with how the swiped sky looked so much like the Northern Lights. I tried it a couple of times to figure out how to balance the colours, and get highlights that I liked. I’ll definitely be trying this again!
