I chose this card as my inspiration from the gallery of this week’s Splitcoaststampers Featured Stamper:

LIST: Colours (white, pink, orange, yellow, blue, red, green) , Techniques (stamping, die cutting, Cricut lettering?) , Elements (5 ‘dimensional’ circular fans, script birthday sentiment, stamped stars)

INCLUDE: white, pink, orange, blue, dimension created with two tones of ink,

MODIFY: Stencils 360 with masking to create dimension, only one circular design, popped up sentiment in the centre, gold embellishments instead of stamped stars
