LIMES - Faux Metal Floral

Welcome to this week's LIMES inspiration post!

I chose this card as my inspiration from the gallery of this week’s Splitcoaststampers Featured Stamper:

LIST: Colours (green, red, gold, brown/black) , Techniques (heat embossing, die cutting) , Elements (large square faux metal frame, ribbon running from side to side, behind the frame)

INCLUDE: faux metal, large square frame, colour running side to side

MODIFY: layered ink smooshing instead of heat embossing, circle cut out instead of square, floral die cut instead of stamped/embossed words

EXCLUDE: brades/twine, heat embossing

What fun to be able to go back in time to choose our inspirations this week! I remember following Atomic Butterfly avidly and this square design really caught my eye. I changed the colours and techniques, but stayed true to the big solid frame, and the colour running behind it from one side of the card to the other.
