LIMES - Bubbly Happy Birthday

Welcome to this week's LIMES inspiration post!

I chose this card as my inspiration from the gallery of this week’s Splitcoaststampers Featured Stamper:

LIST: Colours (purple, yellow, white) , Techniques (stamping, embossing, watercolouring ) , Elements (yellow background with grid of purple loopy mums with one missing to make room for sentiment. Smaller stamped flowers and dots. Light purple mat)

INCLUDE: yellow, white, yellow background, space for stamped sentiment

MODIFY: pink instead of purple, geometric bubble shapes instead of flowers

EXCLUDE: embossing, watercolouring, mat

SPIN: square card

This is such a pretty colour combination and the flowers made me think of this little geometric die I purchased recently. I created all my ‘coloured’ cardstock with dye inks and my gel plate and added shimmer for some sparkle! I wasn’t sure if you can stamp on coloured panels created this way, but you can!
