I chose this layout as my inspiration from the gallery of this week’s Splitcoaststampers Featured Stamper:

LIST: Colours (pink, yellow, coral, aqua) , Techniques (digital scrapbooking) , Elements (warm blended background with aqua mat, black horizontal focal image, matching flowers and ephemera, tone on tone sentiment)

INCLUDE: blended pink yellow coral background, aqua mat with details

MODIFY: horizontal b& w focal point is sentiment die, stamping is black, flowers are white

SPIN:

The warm blend backed with a cool mat on the inspiration is just the epitome of summer, I think. I simplified the focal area but kept the high contrast of the black filmstrip.
