LIMES -Birthday Wishes

Welcome to this week's LIMES inspiration post!

I chose this card as my inspiration from the gallery of this week’s Splitcoaststampers Featured Stamper:

LIST: Colours (yellow, purple, aqua, black and white) , Techniques (stamped dots and sentiment) , Elements (offset panel with grid of dots, stamped sentiment on one row of dots, yellow card base)

INCLUDE: offset panel, yellow, purple, blue

MODIFY: stenciled instead of stamped, much more loose in style, stacked, die cut sentiment, white card base

EXCLUDE: mats, stamping

SPIN:

I’m pretty sure this the first time I’ve actually made my card less geometric than my inspiration! lol! I bought this stencil recently and saw a kind of a grid of circles in it. I offset my panel and cut a place for my sentiment with the shadow dies, and then stacked up the word dies with a darker shade of yellow to be sure the words were legible.
