LIMES - Birthday Leaves

Welcome to this week's LIMES inspiration post!

I chose this card as my inspiration from the gallery of this week’s Splitcoaststampers Featured Stamper:

LIST: Colours (green, white, grey, black) , Techniques (inked embossing folder, stamping) , Elements (tone on tone green dp with embossed leaves, lace horizontal strip, stamped sentiment on white strip, grey mat, pearl embellishments)

INCLUDE: g‍reen, white, black, leaves, horizontal strip, stamped sentiment on white background

MODIFY: stenciled background, birthday, not sympathy, added green mat to sentiment circle, gold embellishments

EXCLUDE: lace, pearls, grey

SPIN: square card, popped up panel for negative-space horizontal line

I made a few simple changes to the lovely sympathy card inspiration to change the mood, and transform it into a happy birthday card.
