I chose this card as my inspiration from the gallery of this week’s Splitcoaststampers Featured Stamper:

LIST: Colours (white, brown, orange, pink) , Techniques (stamping, die cutting) , Elements (dotted patterned paper over white background, circular focal point with tea cup image, heart and bow, stamped sentiment in bottom right corner)

INCLUDE: white, brown, orange, pink, circular focal point

MODIFY: stenciled pattern, sentiment on circular focal point,

EXCLUDE: bow, tea cup, heart

SPIN: added gold embellishments to cover a smudge

This type of ‘half-patterned’ layout is a great opportunity to use a busy patterned paper or stencil (or whatever! lol!) while still keeping the card feeling very clean.
